Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 sets maximum residue levels (MRLs) for chlorpyrifos and chlorpyrifos-methyl in or on certain products. The technical development permits the setting of LODs (Limits of Determination) at 0,01 mg/kg for chlorpyrifos and chlorpyrifos-methyl in all products. Those default values should be listed in Annex V in accordance with Article 18(1)(b) of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005.

The new regulation comes into force on 13 November 2020.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
